Our line of roasted vegetables without preservatives or colourants includes: pepper, escalivada, onion and aubergine. All of them go through the same craftsmanship process: first we roast them in a wood-fired oven and then remove their skins, leaving them clean to break them manually and finally pack them.
All the vegetables are roasted in a wood oven so that they maintain the traditional grilled flavour. This roasting process differentiates us from other brands that do not offer it. In addition, we adapt to the different commercial needs and present them in different cuts, formats and combinations.
